    Responsible for the direction and production of art assets for games, marketing, and platform products across the Role Platform. Pitched and drove internal game initiatives.

    - Led Visual Direction for game projects; CHROME and Cabin in the Glade.

    - Created materials to communicate and direct the visual style of product & game related artwork, including style guides, mood boards, and assignment briefs.

    - Directed contract and internal artists to produce art assets in a timely manner. Provided written and visual feedback.

    - Responsible for theming game rooms to represent partner brands and products.

    - Drove and created process for the release of game products.

    - Produced artwork for game products, marketing materials, and product visuals.

    - Investigated and used emerging technologies to aid art production.

    Role is the easiest platform for online TTRPG play. Role's Game rooms have everything needed to play - Playable pre-generated & custom characters, quick-start rules, maps, tokens, and visual assets, combined with video and audio for a great play experience with friends.

    Developed the Kamon inspired gear and trophy icons found throughout Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut and Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.

    Worked closely with UI lead to produce mockups for navigation and activities found in Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut. Implemented icons using Sucker Punch proprietary tools, and worked with UI Engineers where needed.

    Created graphics for Studio events and items.

    Primary software is Adobe Photoshop.

    Assisted the Art Director with marketing and communicating with various teams. Assisted Concept and Environment art teams with research materials.

    Major responsibilities included:

    Communicating with Sony's Marketing department to help create the Ghost of Tsushima style guide, used for 3rd party merchandise production. Provided feedback on designs, and facilitated communication between the AD and design team.

    Production of the Ghost of Tsushima Collector's Edition. Facilitated communication with vendor, Sony Marketing and AD. Provided feedback on visual design and worked with Concept Lead to produce graphics found on the box.

    Production of Ghost of Tsushima Artbook. Facilitated communication, worked with the Legal and Concept teams to get art approved for the book.

    Produced Artwork and graphics for Studio events and items.

    Produced prop concepts for various items, assisting the concept team with period accurate reference material.
